Enkhbaatar Mijiddorj
Mijiddorj Enkhbaatar was born in 1988. In 2023, he received his Doctor of Cultural Studies degree from the Mongolian National University of Culture and Arts with the dissertation "Mongolian Livestock Breeding Culture: Relationship and Distribution", and in 2025, he received his Doctor of Linguistics degree from the ELTE with the dissertation "Tradition and Innovation of Pastoral Livestock Breeding in Terms of Relation and Distribution (Period from the 20th century to the 21st century)". He wrote 3 monographs, 16 research articles, 16 research presentation, 7 collaborated books and textbooks. Based on some results of ethnographic research, “Livestock Equipments and implements (Lexicon of Livestock Husbandry)” was published in 2020 and became an important resource for “material culture”.
Enkhbaatar has been conducting extensive research on intangible cultural heritage, including Mongolian nomadic culture, livestock husbandry traditions, changes, and oral history of culture.
